Isn't he beautiful? LOL. Ok, got off track there sorry. Anyway, we had a great weekend in St. Louis and the kids and I went shopping today while DH went to St. Charles for flight training and check-ride. I didn't have time to check my blog/emails so imagine my surprise when I came home and found out that I was named Designer of the Month (November) at CU Freebies Only Forum! Wow, what an honor, I can't believe it! Thanks to all my readers and those over at the forum who post their great comments on the freebies I post there. And thanks also to LauraLee and Lady Shannon and staff who work tirelessly over there to make the forum a huge success!
On the way home from our trip this evening I cracked open the laptop and played a little in PS to make some simple shapes in .csh and png form. I love working with custom shapes because they are so versatile. I recommend layering the shapes and adding different styles to each. Here's an example of several of these shapes layered with some of my Christmas Styles applied to the shapes:
