CU OK Transparent Bokeh Overlays

A midweek freebie for you today, which has been rare lately!  The kids are done with Football and Cheerleading practice so hopefully I will have more time to devote to the blog.  However, my 13 year old son has convinced me to train for a 1/2 marathon in May so that is obviously going to take some dedication too.  I need a “couch to 13 mile” training program!  But it should be fun training with him even though he laps me several times when we run in circles at the gym.

Anywho, today’s freebie is a set of 3 transparent bokeh overlays in .png form.   (see example in preview)

Good luck in your training, at least you have some time to get used to all that running. Thanks for the overlays and wood scraps. They are both awesome as it all your work. Relax and enjoy some of that free time too.

Good Luck training for the 1/2. I just started my official training this week for the Myrtle Beach 1/2. That is really neat that your 13 year old wants to run one with you. Don't worry about being lapped. I am a slow runner, but I always finish :)

These are gorgeous overlays. Thanks you so much.

I wish you would make some Christmas metallic styles in green, red, blue, silver, gold, but pleae also remember to make them in png files for those of us like me that need the png file.

Thanks a bunch

Wow, how ambitious doing the 1/2 marathon. Find a good massage therapist. If you are close to a school they do clinics, and also sports massage clinics. the prices are reduced.

AWESOME on the half-marathon! You GO girl!

My oldest daughter's hubby has just recently completed two triathlons and April missed her first half-marathon due to an injury a few weeks ago, but will be training again as soon as she has healed up.

Something tells me you, my dear, shall have no trouble running circles around your son in no time! *wink*

ROFL! At this point, I am happy to make a mile walk, which includes a couple of fairly steep grades, here in our neighborhood! A bunch of us hope to be participating in the 100th annual Bay-to-Breakers in San Francisco in May.

Keep us updated pretty please. Your dedication will be inspiring for me as I really need to get down to some serious walking again. UGH!
