I had a request several months ago from Lisa to create some Viewmaster elements. I did make this template and have been looking for a Viewmaster toy to photograph and extract but the only ones I could find in the stores around here are the modern day Viewmasters and they don’t really look anything like the ones I remember. There are several images on the internet available if you would like to use one for your layouts but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll have a viewer up any time soon.
Anyway, thanks to Lisa for the recommendation and I hope you can find a use for the template!

I realize it’s still the middle of the summer but I found this cute frame at the dollar store today and I thought some of you may be wanting to get a jump start on your back to school kits and layouts. The little pencil had some writing on it that I edited out so you can add a date, name, etc. Drop shadow for preview purpose only.

Wow, I’ve been gone awhile eh? I told you, this summer has been crazy and it doesn’t look like it’s going to slow down anytime soon! We just got back from the Lake of the Ozarks yesterday and had a great week where we were all “unplugged”! But I am back finally with a new freebie. Tonight’s freebie is a set of nails that I hammered into a piece of wood and purposely bent them. I then photographed and extracted them. I thought they would be useful as “hangers” or to “attach” stuff to your layouts. They are also easily recolored.
Hopefully I won’t be gone so long before my next post!
